Return Policy

While I hope that you love every piece you buy, I also understand people can change their minds. If you are unhappy with your purchase, simply email me at lauraorduna@mustartwork.com within 7 days of receiving your undamaged artwork and we can begin the return process. Client pays for return shipping.

I also hope that all packages arrive safely, however accidents happen. All packages will be properly insured. If you receive a damaged piece you must notify me by email with a picture of the art within 24 hours of receiving package for a return to be completed. If there is no record of damage within the aforementioned timeframe, a return will only be accepted if the artwork is returned in the original undamaged condition.
